Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from ZephMatrix Private Limited.

ZephMatrix is a digital software subscription service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time from billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse already processed billing periods.

2. Refund policy

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date.

  • For subscriptions, the 14-day window applies from the initial charge date or the most recent renewal charge date.
  • Requests submitted after 14 calendar days are not eligible for refund.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. How to request cancellation or refund

Send your request to support@zephmatrix.ai from your billing email and include workspace ID, invoice ID, amount, and reason. For transactions processed through an authorized merchant-of-record provider, refund processing is handled through that provider.

4. Processing timelines

  • Initial review: 2-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds: processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Taxes

Tax treatment on approved refunds follows the original invoice and applicable law. Tax invoice adjustments, where required, will be issued against the original billing profile.
