Subprocessors

Subprocessors are third-party service providers that may process personal data on our behalf to operate and secure the Service. This list applies to the managed ZephMatrix cloud offering; self-hosted deployments may differ based on your configuration.

Current subprocessors

• Anthropic (AI model provider) — Used to generate AI teammate outputs when Claude is configured.
• Infisical (secrets management, optional) — Used to store and inject secrets in certain deployments.

Optional / conditional subprocessors

• Stripe (payments, optional) — Used for billing if enabled for your account.
• Other AI model providers (optional) — If enabled in your deployment, additional model providers may process prompts to generate outputs.
