Subprocessors

Subprocessors are third-party service providers that may process personal data on our behalf to operate and secure the Service. This list applies to the managed ZephMatrix cloud offering; self-hosted deployments may differ based on your configuration.

Current processors

• Anthropic (AI model provider) — Used to generate AI teammate outputs when Claude is configured.
• Infisical (secrets management) — Used to store and inject encrypted secrets in managed deployments.
• Payment processor (merchant of record) — Used for subscription checkout, payment collection, and payment events in managed cloud where online payments are enabled.

Optional / conditional subprocessors

• Other AI model providers (optional) — If enabled in your deployment, additional model providers may process prompts to generate outputs.

• This list covers managed cloud by default; self-hosted deployments may differ.
• Only active processors in production are listed above.
• We update this page when adding, removing, or materially changing processors.
