Consumer Terms

1. Eligibility and account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized use is caused by our breach of these terms.

2. Service scope

ZephMatrix provides role-based AI teammates that can draft outputs, call connected tools, and execute actions depending on workspace configuration, guardrails, and approvals.

3. AI outputs and human review

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals before using them in production, legal, financial, safety-critical, or regulated contexts.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No attempts to bypass security controls, guardrails, or access restrictions.
• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service.

5. Integrations and third-party services

If you connect external systems, you are responsible for your credentials, scopes, and permissions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

6. Fees, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to collect applicable fees. Where a merchant-of-record checkout provider is used, that provider acts as merchant of record for payment processing.

7. Cancellation policy

You can request cancellation of paid subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect for future billing periods and does not reverse charges already processed for the current billing cycle.

8. Refund policy

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date. For subscriptions, this means the initial charge date or the most recent renewal charge date. Requests after 14 calendar days are not eligible for refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for request and review details.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using paid plans according to your subscription terms.

10. Warranties disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

11. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
