Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Last updated: 2026-05-11
Organizations using ZephMatrix managed cloud can request a standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for compliance, privacy, and vendor onboarding requirements. If your procurement team has its own paper, send that with the request and we can review it in the same thread.
We currently handle DPA review through a request-based process rather than a publicly posted model agreement. That keeps the legal path flexible for active business and enterprise evaluations while still giving buyers a standard ZephMatrix DPA path when needed.
How to request
Email support@zephmatrix.ai with subject line: DPA Request.
For qualified business and enterprise evaluations, a standard ZephMatrix DPA is available on request.
The fastest path is to send your legal contact, procurement contact, and any required paper or rider in the first email so review can start without back-and-forth.
Include these details
- Company legal name and billing email
- Workspace ID or account identifier
- Primary processing regions (if required)
- Security/compliance contact
- Any required procurement language or templates
What happens next
- We confirm whether the request is for ZephMatrix managed cloud or a customer-operated deployment.
- We provide the standard ZephMatrix DPA or review your paper in the same legal thread.
- Subprocessor, privacy, and trust-review questions can be handled alongside the DPA review.

Scope note
This page applies to the managed ZephMatrix cloud service. Self-hosted or customer-operated deployments may use a different data-processing allocation and should be reviewed as part of the deployment scope.
